Without doubt, this is the most advanced convertible top ever produced for the MGB.
Prestige developed this top using design cues found on modern day cabriolet's. Design enhancements include padded side window valances to provide improved draught exclusion, re - designed rain guttering and the choice of contrasting piping around the side windows and across the rear deck.
On Mohair tops, there is a unique piping around the rear window that further enhances the appearance.
Luxurious Padded Headlining
The highlight of the top is the luxurious, padded interior headlining that provides improved insulation and sound deadening in conjunction with a refined external design.
The interior headlining is made from a beautiful cream vinyl and totally conceals the inside of the frame, whilst thick insulation fitted between the frame bows provides effective noise reduction.
Guaranteed Precise Fit
As with all Prestige tops, modern manufacturing methods and computer controlled cutting are used in the manufacture of the MGB Cabriolet top for a guaranteed precise fit.
The cabriolet top has been carefully engineered to fold as easily as the original top and can be installed to any post 1971 black folding frame. Standard tonneau covers and top boot's will fit as normal. However, we have also designed a superior padded top boot with concealed fasteners to compliment your new cabriolet top.
